Coach Says Breathe is a four-week, virtual chat group and guided practice. Together we focus on nervous system regulation, intentional breathing, and building a calm, controlled foundation for daily life.
Every week, participants will jump on a virtual pow wow with Coach Ivan & receive an instructional video on breath work techniques. Members can apply the techniques to their daily routines as they see fit, no matter where they are in the world.
Who? This is for anyone who has 5 minutes in the morning to learn and use breath work as a tool to set the tone for their day, de-stress when needed, and create clarity, focus, and calm.
• Week 1: Breath awareness and grounding to set the tone for your day
• Week 2: Breath in different postures, developing alignment and awareness
• Week 3: Subtle posture changes and transitions anchored in breath
• Week 4: Coordinated breath and movement using Qigong form
