Founder & Head Coach

Ivan Rosado

Ivan Rosado is the Founder & Head Coach of Evolk, a New York–based lifestyle performance coaching platform built to help people develop real-world strength, resilience, and clarity—not just gym fitness.

With over 24 years of experience in human performance, Ivan integrates movement, breathwork, strength training, and nervous system regulation to help individuals perform sustainably under the demands of modern life.

A lifelong athlete, Ivan’s background spans varsity track and basketball, nine years of semi-professional football, NFL Elite training, and professional indoor football. His movement education extends beyond traditional athletics and includes 14+ years of Capoeira training with ABADÁ Capoeira, along with long-term study in boxing and Shaolin Kung Fu.

Ivan has also worked as a celebrity trainer and performance coach for high-profile individuals and professional athletes across multiple sports.

After facing chronic injury and burnout himself, Ivan re-examined conventional fitness models and developed Evolk’s human-first, systems-based approach.

Today, his work centers on high-performing professionals managing constant stress and developing athletes seeking long-term resilience. Through Evolk, Ivan helps clients align breath, movement, and training with their movement identity and real lifestyle demands, building adaptable strength, clarity, and lasting health in an overstimulated world.
