Coach Says Breathe is a four-week, community-centered guided practice focused on nervous system regulation, intentional breathing, and building a calm, controlled foundation for daily life.

Who? This is for anyone with WiFi who wants to use breath and movement together to create clarity, focus, and calm.

Why? Most people wake up already in a sympathetic state, stressed, rushed, and mentally overloaded before the day even begins. No matter how hard you train or how focused you try to be at work, operating from that state limits your ability to produce, process information, and stay present.

What? This initiative is designed to change that. Over four progressive weeks, participants intentionally focus on breathing as the foundation of movement, posture, and mental clarity.

    •    Week 1: Breath awareness and grounding to reset how you start your day
    •    Week 2: Breath in different postures, developing alignment and awareness
    •    Week 3: Subtle posture changes and transitions anchored in breath
    •    Week 4: Coordinated breath and movement, culminating in the first Qigong form, Two Hands Push to the Sky, a moving meditation to center the body and regulate the nervous system.
